Can I claim bike insurance if someone else was riding the bike?
No. Unfortunately, you cannot claim insurance if someone other than those listed on the insurance policy were riding the bike. Bike insurance premiums are calculated by taking in the rider's and the bike's risks. You can't claim the damages if your friend's name is not on the policy.
