Insurance providers are associated with specific clinics and hospitals in the UAE where you can receive treatment. These are called network clinics and hospitals as they are on the insurance providers' network and partnered with them for a smooth claims process. It is not mandatory to receive treatment at your insurance provider's network hospital. You may have a preferred physician not on your insurance provider's network. Don't worry; you can still claim your medical insurance. It will be slightly different from how you file claims with a network hospital.
