What is the grace period after expiry of an insurance policy?
A grace period is the time you have after your due date to pay your premium before your insurance company terminates your plan. Grace periods differ for each insurance company, and policy. It can range from 24 hr to three months. Some insurance companies provide no grace periods at all.
